Blackfoot River near Blackfoot (Butte Rd-Ft Hall) affecting Bingham County. .Snow melt and increased reservoir releases will cause the river flows to become high. Expect minor flooding downstream from the dam. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Blackfoot River near Blackfoot (Butte Rd-Ft Hall). * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 5.8 feet, Lowland flooding possible from Interstate 15 to confluence of the Snake River. Homes and cattle operation near Riverton Road (900 W) bridge just north of Ferry Butte Road (500 S) will start to have water seeping near them.
