Flows on creeks and streams may increase quickly. * WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of North Idaho, including the following county, Bonner. * WHEN...From 5 PM PDT this afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Rock and mudslides will be possible for areas in steep terrain and near burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain and increased snow melt Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon will result in quick rises on creeks and streams.
